Jimmy ValenTime states “While I tend to shy away from featuring artist outside of my camp, I saw this as the perfect time to do an incredible collaboration with another artist, who is also emerging.”

Press Release After The Jump …

The Source Tape

Jimmy ValenTime compiled and submitted The Source Tape to Managing Editor Reggie “Combat Jack” Osse to get himself featured in the storied “Unsigned Hype” section of The Source. This four song EP encompasses half the songs from his unreleased EP “Home.”

While The Source subsequently passed on featuring the music, Jimmy said “This is just another piece of the journey. One of several projects I worked on, while completing my first official solo album. Most of these songs will not be on my new album. But I wanted to give people a snapshot of what was going on at the time.“ Jimmy has built a relationship with several of the publications writers. Also He recently wrote an early review of the documentary, “Beats, Rhymes, & Life: The Travels of Tribe called Quest” for the online version of the magazine. Jimmy is looking forward to continue his writing relationship with the legendary publication.

Several issues in regards to sample clearances and delays in shooting videos have delayed the release of Life in Amazin’ Times from October to December. Jimmy says “I’m going to be releasing this project before the end of the year. Next year, I want to focus my energies on moving towards working more as a producer, and developing my group, The Lost Angels.”

The journey continues and never really ends…

I was hanging out with Donny before he debuted material from his new Project coming this fall ” Success Served Cold ” and decide to tape him and the boy Mike Milan going over their routine.

I known Donny since 2007 and he’s always been willing to help out and look out for other emcees, while having a mean spit game himself. His grind and determination are finally paying off and I know this album going to be his best one yet.

Also Donny Goines is the only rapper outside of my camp on ” Life in Amazin Times”

This was the best corporate event sponsored by a rapper I ever been too ; they played all the best Slaughterhouse , Yela, and Em tracks. They had free food and drinks . They gave way Brisk Bodega Shirts and Towel’s.

They had this great exhibit of Eminem Memorabilia, i took the photo’s and you can see them after the break.

It was good to see Hip-Hop represented in the village again …

I love that they did this, Proof dated one of my friends , nice guy …
